From the moment we arrived until we checked out, our stay at Hilton Charlotte University Place was exceptional. the staff was welcoming, and the room was impeccably clean, complete with a handicap accessible bathroom. I appreciated the convenience of the bags of ice in the hallway, a thoughtful touch that saved us from hunting down an ice machine. the bar offered a variety of tasty meals, ensuring everyone in our group left satisfied. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a cozy bar downstairs and a Starbucks café for coffee enthusiasts. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a fantastic omelet bar and a great selection of fruits and pastries. the fitness room was impressive, well-equipped, and maintained, although it did get a bit crowded during peak hours. the proximity to the Shoppes at University Place provided ample dining and shopping options, enhancing our overall experience. the hotel's attention to detail, from the premium bedding in the guestrooms to the dedicated event planner for every occasion, truly made us feel at home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Hilton Charlotte University Place offers a comfortable and inviting lakeside retreat. With its array of amenities and close proximity to key attractions like the Charlotte Motor Speedway and the UNC campus, this 3.5-star hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of University Place. As we explored the nearby walking trails and cultural sites like the NASCAR Hall of Fame, we found ourselves appreciating the hotel's prime location even more.
